We will be celebrating our 35^th year in business and we want you to help us celebrate!  Come and share in some of the FUN we have planned for you!! We are finally making good progress on our studio remodeling and are looking to update our computer mold listing to include pictures and more access from the web site. Be patient with us!!. There will be some delays involved with orders and schedules so please plan and start your projects early. With the changes in the studio you will only be allowed to leave you “works in progress” for firing. You will need to transport the project to and from the studio during the painting process. This does not apply to students who pay yearly class fees and have a storage bin at the Studio.  A special note for 4H students….I would suggest you have your fair project ordered by April 16. We are also announcing a new class fee schedule effective Jan 1. A per class fee charge will be $5. A project fee charge will be $9.50 and the yearly fee will remain at $75 per year.

Saturday March 8 Kids Only Decorating  ceramic Easter Eggs..great to keep give or hunt! Class is from 1-3 and pre registration is suggested. We will be making 4 eggs and cost is $12

Tuesday March 11 Lunch Bunch invites you to “stuff a Potato” We will have baked potatoes for you and you bring your favorite filler. Special deals today on serving items for you! We eat at noon or 7pm for the evening class.

Wednesday March 12 Home Schooled session continues with learn to paint a flower. We will create 2 pieces with a simple flower design. Pre registration is required and cost is $12. Class is 1-3pm.

Saturday March 15 Be sure to view the work of some of our Special Friends from Sycamore at the Disability Awareness Month Art Display at Metropolis in Avon

Monday March 17 Join us for the saving of the green both class sessions. We will have a free shamrock for all that come to class today and special sales too!

Thursday March 20 Glass class with Lisa starting at 6pm. Class fee is $12-$35 by project and pre registration is required.

Friday March 21 5:30-7:30 Sally will be teaching a glass class at the Greencastle Library. Call for details and pre registration is required.

Saturday April 22 1-3pm.  Come to our “Fill an Easter Pot” party 1-3pm. Cost is $12 per person and pre registration is required.

Monday March 24 Jingle Bell Jump offers Raku Masks. 7-10pm. Come pick the style mask you want to create, put on the raku and stay for the raku firing demonstration. You get a beautiful unique work of art. Pre registration is suggested to insure enough product for everyone. Cost is $20-$35 by size of project

Tuesday March 25 1-3pm A repeat of the above class for day students

Wednesday March 26^th Private Class session for the Girl Scouts. Call and ask Sally about booking a private class session for your group!

Saturday March 29 Continue creating your Christmas Village with a Train Depot. Cost is $12 and class is 11-1

Saturday March 29 3pm Join us for a Spa Party with Beauty Connection. Come dressed extra comfy and prepare to be pampered in this no charge event. Please just call to let us know how many to prepare for!

Sunday March 30 Come and visit with members of the Indiana Doll Guild. We will be leaving from the studio about 12:30 and returning about 5pm. Just call and let us know you want to join us.

Monday March 31^st through Saturday April 5^th Its Spring Break week Specials focusing on creating unique gifts for those graduates! Specials on all items for graduates this week! Also if you haven’t…. Get started in your 4H projects!!!

Tuesday April 2 Chess set classes begins. You can join either the day class from 1-3 or the evening session from 7-9pm. We will be creating Doc Holiday Nautical Chess Set so sign up early to reserve your greenware. Cost of the completed project including board and board display supports is $135. A GREAT DEAL!

Saturday April 5  1-4pm Join new friend BJ and Learn about Gold Panning. She will share the techniques she uses to pan for gold in Alaska and gemstones right here in Indiana. You will be able to use her equipment and actually find some gold in this process. Cost is only $5 per person and you can have your gold fused into a glass cabochon for an additional $15. Please call and let us know if you are coming to this special fun event so we can be prepared for everyone.

Monday April 7 1pm  or 7pm  We will begin a basic porcelain Doll class session for the next 3 weeks. You will create an open eyed 21 inch  baby doll with porcelain head and hands and cloth body. Cost of the session is $49 and pre-registration is required.

Tuesday April 8 Chess Set Class Continues. Lunch Bunch invites you to “Ham it up” Share your favorite recipe with Ham as an ingredient. Late Lunch today at 1pm. Come Join us!

Wednesday April 16^th Home Schooled Session continues with Casting Class 1-3. Each student will receive a small mold as part of the class today. Cost is $12 and includes completion of a project you will cast.

Thursday April 17 6pm Glass Class with Lisa cost $30 make 3 cabochons. Please pre-register.

Friday April 18 CATS PROWL Come join us as we tour Oliver Winery in Bloomington In. And visit ABRImagery to see all of their amazing glass products. Cost is $20 per person and includes light lunch at the winery. Please pre register so we can be sure to have enough transportation ready. We will be leaving the studio at 8am and returning about 4pm. Don’t miss this …it will be memorable!!

Saturday  April 19 KIDS ONLY Mothers Day class. 1-3pm. “My Mom Rocks! We will be creating Garden Rocks for indoor or outdoor use just for mom…Cost is $12 and you must pre register.

Friday April 25^th A Rescheduled Dinner and Craft Night. Postponed from February we will have our Victorian Tea Party . Cost is $30 and we will be creating a Beautiful Tea Pot and enjoying a wonderful meal and tea sampling. Dinner at 6pm and you must pre-register. Victorian Dress is optional!

Saturday April 26 10Am-4pm Join CATS as we Celebrate ARTS-GO! We will be offering a special Free Kids Clay class at 9-10am and CATS friends Annie and Steve Sechman will be here with their wood lathe pens. CATS artist  Lisa Steuerwald  will be here sharing her latest jewelry designs and CATS Artist Sam Parcels will be here demonstrating  her beautiful Glass torch work. You can stop in and see a Raku firing demonstration at 4pm or glass fusing at noon. Come and join the Fun! We will have the coffee on and Special treats from A Little Bite of Heaven Bakery in Avon Indiana!! Watch for details in the Hendricks County Flyer!

Monday April 28 It’s The Jingle Bell Jump 7-9pm creating African Violet Pots! Get that Spring planting going with these beautiful and unique planters. Cost is $12   Please pre register

Wednesday May 14^th 6pm. Join Sally at the Danville Library for a fused glass session featuring summer jewelry. Cost is $10 and you must pre register at the Library to attend.

Saturday May 17^th Sally and Lisa will be teaching at the Columbus Ohio  Ceramic Association 270 Loop Event. For details call Sally  The studio will be open regular hours.

May 28 and May 31 Sally will be on a short vacation but the studio will be open regular workshop hours.

Tuesday June 10 The Lunch Bunch invites you to Sundae Funday! We will furnish the ice cream and you bring your favorite topping or ingredient for making Sundaes! Come join the fun at noon and we will offer special deals on all ice cream dishes to all who participate!

Thursday June 12 1:30-3:30pm  Join Sally at the Brownsburg Library for a teen session in Fused glass. You must contact the Library and pre register for this class. Great idea for your basic crafts 4h entry.

Friday June 13^th 1:30-3:30pm. Second chance… Repeat of the class presented yesterday at the Brownsburg Library.

Saturday June 14^th KIDS ONLY Fathers Day class 1-3pm. We will be creating a beautiful patina bronzed wildlife statue for Dad. Cost is $18 and you will take the completed project home that day! You must pre register so we can have enough bisc prepared for all!

Saturday June 21 It’s a BUY IT FIRE IT FREE DAY to celebrate our last Saturday workshop session till September! Regular studio hours!

Friday and Saturday June 27-28. IT’S THE ONCE A YEAR DON”T MISS IT EVENT  CATS!!! This year we will celebrate with a Southwest Indian Theme “Katapelli”  CATS Artist Sharon Kinzie will be here teaching Painting on Feathers. We will have several Authentic Indian events taking place. We will be doing Horsehair and Raku firings, Fused glass, Cardmaking, cookie decorating, Shrinky-dink art, Special kids events, Great meals and more fun than ever!! Watch for further updates or call Sally for more information! Just Plan on being there!
